My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was wonderful, perfect for visiting the German markets and the national indoor arena, but might not be ideal for those without a car due to the isolation and lack of nearby transportation options. The rooms, unfortunately, were a letdown with a funny smell, small size, and various maintenance issues like cracked shower tiles and a shaky bed. The service, on the other hand, was polite and helpful, even though there were some miscommunications and intrusions from housekeeping. The dining experience was very poor, with uncovered and congealed food during breakfast, but at least there was a buffet with unlimited drinks. Overall, some improvements are needed, especially regarding room quality and dining.
